Turmeric-braised Snap Peas

Gather this:

  • A covered sauce pan

  • 1 Kovi Kai turmeric triangle

  • ½ lb snap peas

  • 1 cup water

  • Salt and pepper

Then Do this:

Add water and snap peas to the pan.

Cover and bring to medium heat for 5 minutes.

Remove cover, add turmeric triangle, and stir to combine.

Simmer uncovered 2 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
