1 Kovi Kai ginger cube
3 cups water
1 cinnamon stick (use Vietnamese cinnamon rather than cassia for the best flavor!)
6 green cardamom pods
6 black peppercorns
Milk of your choosing
Optional: 2 teabags unflavored black or green tea.
Then Do This:
In the pot, combine water and dry spices. Boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add Kovi Kai ginger cube and stir gently until combined.
Pour into two mugs, with or without a tea bag.
Add milk and honey to taste.
