Thai-inspired Ginger Broth

Gather This:

  • 1 Kovi Kai ginger cube

  • 4 cups broth of your choosing

  • 2 large garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or liquid aminos

  • 1 can lite coconut milk

  • Juice and zest of ½ a lime

  • Blender

  • Pot

Then Do This:

Blend all ingredients, then transfer the mixture to the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve as a sipping broth, or use a base for a Thai-inspired soup.
