Turmeric Cauliflower

 

Gather this…

  • 1 Kovi Kai Turmeric Triangle

  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 small – medium head of cauliflower, roughly chopped

  • Salt and pepper

Heat a large lidded sauté pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil and Turmeric Triangle.

When combined, add chopped cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste. Stir.

Let cook for 5 min uncovered. Add water, cover, and cook another 2 min.

Taste for desired doneness, and cover again, as needed.

Tips: Raise the temp to med-high at the end of the cook-time, uncovered, to get a nice crunchy browning. Add a second Turmeric Triangle if you want it extra punchy.
