1 Kovi Kai Turmeric Triangle
½ Cup coconut milk, or milk of your choice, heated.
½ Cup water (If using something other than canned coconut milk, the water is unnecessary. A full cup of milk of your choice can be used instead.)
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of cinnamon
Honey, or other sweetener, to taste.
Then do this…
Place Turmeric Triangle into your mug of warm milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pepper, stir, and taste. Add sweetener as you see fit. Stir, and sip!
